Fee Schedule Collection
To ensure our evaluation is accurate and negotiations are effective, we request your current fee schedules directly from each PPO insurance company.
PPO Impact Report
Similar to a treatment plan, we create an in-depth report outlining what we’ve found from our analysis. This report includes a map of your participation, a list of top employers for your zip code, a detailed analysis of each fee schedule, and a negotiation plan, which projects what we can do to help improve your PPO revenue.
Upon accepting your Negotiation Plan, our team of experts will negotiate with our vast list of contacts at each major PPO insurance company in an effort to raise your reimbursements. With our combined experience and dedication, we strive to obtain the highest reimbursements possible.

Patient Education Program
Unitas’ Patient Education Program is designed to help you stay in constant communication with your patients, educate your patients on dental care, treatment planning, managing dental expenses, and understanding dental benefits. We help you educate your patients through an online patient education resource center, patient communication, and a patient loyalty incentive program. Coming Summer 2017!
Continual PPO Management
PPO participation is constantly changing. As an added group of team members, Unitas will schedule and track when each of your PPOs are due for re-negotiation and take the necessary action.
